Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination and are outside of our control.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Velvet Rabbit is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and contents.
